Shipment

All orders placed after December 19th will not be shipped until January 2nd, 2023.

Germany: For orders over €100, shipping is free within Germany. If your order is under €100, we charge a flat shipping fee of €4.99 for shipments within Germany.

Berlin-Express: For orders over €100, we deliver within Berlin free of charge and within 6 hours. If your order is under €100, we charge a flat shipping fee of €4.99 for shipments within Germany and deliver according to the normal delivery times.

Austria: For orders over €150.00, we deliver free of charge to Austria. For orders under €150.00, we charge a one-off shipping fee of €15 for packages up to 31.5 kg.

Switzerland: For orders over €300, we deliver to Switzerland free of charge. For orders under €300, we charge a one-off shipping fee of €29.99 for packages up to 31.5 kg. Shipping costs for orders with a volume greater than €1,000 must be declared to the customs office. The exact transport costs can only be announced once all shipping documents have been created.

For hairdressing chairs, wash basins or other hairdressing equipment, delivery is carried out by a freight forwarder. The transport time alone is around 3-5 days. Delivery by freight forwarder: For deliveries by freight forwarders, we charge a one-off fee of €49.90 per pallet.

Important note: In your own interest, please note the following information:

• The transport risk is generally borne by the recipient.
• Please sign the delivery documents only with the addition “Acceptance subject to inspection”
• You must immediately have the deliverer of the goods confirm any visible damage to the packaging or goods by making a statement on the consignment note and report this to Hair-Pool Friseurbedarf.
• In case of externally invisible damage that only becomes visible when unpacking, the recipient must stop unpacking
